Many parents feel lost when their child is diagnosed with ADHD. They want to help but don’t always know how. That’s where Your ADHD Home comes in.

We partner with schools across Essex to deliver free, practical talks for parents, hosted at your school.

These sessions are warm, relatable and full of everyday strategies that make life at home easier, meaning calmer mornings, more focused homework time, and a stronger partnership between school and home.
