All staff, associates, and contractors working under the Your ADHD Home brand are expected to uphold these values and act in accordance with this policy.
The Founder, Jenefer Livings, holds overall responsibility for promoting equality and inclusion across all operations.

We review this policy annually to ensure it reflects best practice and current legislation, including the Equality Act 2010.
We also commit to ongoing learning about bias, accessibility, and inclusive design.
